Reading product labels & care instructions

For adult customers comparing the catalogue: a model name, a flavour option and a manufacturer specification describe different parts of a product. Check the packaging and instructions for the exact device you receive.

Match the model and flavour

Start with the brand and full model name, then check the selected flavour. A different model from the same brand may have different instructions. Product pages list the options supplied by Shopify; an unavailable option is not the same as an available device.

Read specifications in context

Numbers in a model name are not a substitute for its instructions. Check the package for nicotine content, capacity, battery and charging information where provided. Do not assume that specifications or advertised puff counts apply to another model.

Follow the manufacturer's care instructions

Use only the instructions and charging guidance for your specific device. Do not improvise repairs or charging methods. Keep devices and liquids away from children and pets. If a label or instruction is missing or unclear, ask for the manufacturer's information before use.

Check delivery and disposal information

Read the destination's delivery conditions before ordering. For disposal, follow local guidance for battery-containing electronic waste; check with your local collection service rather than assuming that ordinary recycling accepts a device.
