Return window
Unopened, unused product in its original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Faulty on arrival
Message us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a short video of the fault. Verified faults are replaced or refunded in full, with return postage covered.
Not accepted
For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened devices, used pods, or any product with a broken seal.
How to start a return
Email your order number and the reason for return. We reply with a returns reference and the correct hub address for your region.
